This policy explains what information Evntio collects through this website, why we collect it and how we look after it. It applies to the waitlist, business sign-up and contact forms on evntio.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your name, mobile number, city and the type of event you are planning.
When you register a business we collect the business name, your name, mobile number, city and business category.
When you contact us we collect your name, email address, mobile number if you share it, and your message.
We also keep basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to protect the forms from spam and abuse.
How we use it
To tell you when Evntio launches in your city and to manage your place on the waitlist, including referral credits.
To contact businesses about setting up their profile on Evntio.
To reply to your messages.
We do not sell your information, and we only message you about Evntio.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist and business details until launch and for up to 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@evntio.com. You can also reply to any message from us to stop receiving updates.
Cookies
This site uses one cookie to remember a referral link for 30 days so the person who shared it is credited. We do not use advertising cookies.
